1 tbsp | Cooking oil |
1 tsp | Chopped garlic |
1/2 | Onion, cubed |
1/2 | Red capsicum, cubed |
1/2 | Green capsicum, cubed |
1 | Tomato, wedges |

Method
- Heat cooking oil, saute garlic and onion until aromatic.
- Add in capsicums and tomato, stir well.
- Add in all ingredient (A), mix well.
- Pour sauce over the eggs and serve.
