Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Ball

Sweet and tasty snacks. Unique recipes and easy to prepare. Soft texture inside and is suitable to be served at breakfast or afternoon tea.

300 g | Sweet potato (orange colour), peel and cut into large cubes |
300 g | Pumpkin, peel, cut into large cubes |
1 packet | Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g |
2 tbsp | Sugar |
1 tsp | Salt |
Enough | Cooking oil |
2 tbs | Powdered sugar |

- Steam the sweet potato and pumpkin until soft. Strain the water and make sure they are dry, mash them.
- Mix well sweet potato, pumpkin, Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g, sugar and salt until soft dough is form.
- Scoop the dough and roll between palms to form a 1-inch diameter ball. Repeat until all the dough is used up.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Sieve powdered sugar on top. Ready to serve.
