Sweetened Groundnut Soup
Ingredients
350 g | Raw groundnuts |
2 litres | Water |
3 | Pandan leaves, knotted |
½ tsp | Salt |
12 -15 sachets | Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener |
Ingredients (A): Thickener
2 tbsp | Potato flour, mixed with enough water |
Method
- Wash groundnuts and soak overnight. Rub off the skin.
- Bring water to a boil with pandan leaves. Add in groundnuts and simmer for about an hour or until tender and soft to the bite.
- Drizzle in thickener and stir to combine. Turn off fire.
- Add Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener and salt to the soup. Serve warm as a dessert.
