Thai Steam Fish

Serving suggestion: 4-6 pax

Ingredients:
1 Seabass
2 sticks Lemongrass, smashed
2 inch Ginger, sliced
2 Kaffir lime leave
5 g Coriander leaves
1 Lime, sliced
Ingredients A: Sauce
10 Garlic, chopped
5 Bird eye’s Chili
½ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
½ cup Lime juice
1 ½ tbsp Fish sauce
2 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
Method
  1. Mix all ingredients (A) with AJI-NO-MOTO®.
  2. Prepare the fish, place the lemongrass and kaffir lime leave under the fish.
  3. Place the slice ginger on the fish and pour the sauce mixture (A) over the fish and steam for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove from steamer, garnish with sliced lime and coriander leaves.
  5. Ready to serve.
