Thai Style Steamed Fish in Fragrant Spicy Sauce

1 slice Garoupa fish (2 cm thick, 200 – 250g)
1 stalk Lemon grass, smashed
Seasoning (A):
A dash of Salt
A dash of AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
Spicy Sauce (B):
2 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tbsp Asam jawa juice
2 tbsp Lime juice
3 – 4 Shallots, finely chopped
1 tbsp Lemon grass, finely chopped
3 Chilli padi, chopped
1 tbsp Coriander leaves and stalks, chopped
1 – 2 sachets Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener
  1. Lightly season fish with seasoning (A). Place fish and lemon grass on a plate.
  2. Steam over high heat for 8 – 10 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Throw away excess water from the fish.
  4. Combine fragrant sauce (B) in a bowl. Pour sauce over the fish and serve immediately.
