|1 slice||Garoupa fish (2 cm thick, 200 – 250g)|
|1 stalk||Lemon grass, smashed|
|A dash of||Salt|
|A dash of||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper|
|2 tbsp||Fish sauce|
|2 tbsp||Asam jawa juice|
|2 tbsp||Lime juice|
|3 – 4||Shallots, finely chopped|
|1 tbsp||Lemon grass, finely chopped|
|3||Chilli padi, chopped|
|1 tbsp||Coriander leaves and stalks, chopped|
|1 – 2 sachets||Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener|
- Lightly season fish with seasoning (A). Place fish and lemon grass on a plate.
- Steam over high heat for 8 – 10 minutes or until cooked.
- Throw away excess water from the fish.
- Combine fragrant sauce (B) in a bowl. Pour sauce over the fish and serve immediately.
