Ingredients
1 tsp | Cooking oil |
2 pips | Garlic, minced |
1 no | Shallot, minced |
1/2 tbsp | Chili paste |
70 g | Boiled spaghetti |
1 1/3 tbsp | Cooking cream |
4 nos | Cherry tomatoes, halved |
15 g | Broccoli, cut floret |
50 g | Prawn medium |
30 g | Squid |
3 nos | Green shell mussels |
1 1/3 tbsp | SERI AJI® Tom Yam Soup Seasoning |

1 pc | Kaffir lime leaf, fine sliced |
Method
- Heat the cooking oil, sauté garlic, shallot and chili paste until fragrant.
- Add the seafood, some water, cooking cream and SERI AJI®.
- Mix well, let the sauce simmer and the seafood cooked.
- Add in spaghetti, broccoli and tomato. Mix well and let the vegetables cook.
- Sprinkle the kaffir lime leaf and ready to serve.
