2 pips Garlic, minced
1 no Shallot, minced
1/2 tbsp Chili paste
70 g Boiled spaghetti
1 1/3 tbsp Cooking cream
4 nos Cherry tomatoes, halved
15 g Broccoli, cut floret
50 g Prawn medium
30 g Squid
3 nos Green shell mussels
1 1/3 tbsp SERI AJI® Tom Yam Soup Seasoning

1 pc Kaffir lime leaf, fine sliced

Method
  1. Heat the cooking oil, sauté garlic, shallot and chili paste until fragrant.
  2. Add the seafood, some water, cooking cream and SERI AJI®. 
  3. Mix well, let the sauce simmer and the seafood cooked.
  4. Add in spaghetti, broccoli and tomato. Mix well and let the vegetables cook. 
  5. Sprinkle the kaffir lime leaf and ready to serve.
