Tomato And Spinach Scrambled Egg

Creamy soft scrambled eggs with white pepper aroma and mixed with fresh tomato and spinach. Perfect breakfast to start your day!

| 4 no | Egg, large-sized |
| ¼ cup | Fresh milk |
| 2 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| 1 tbsp | Butter |
| ¼ no | Yellow onion, chopped |
| 1 no | Tomato, cut into small cubes |
| 30 g | Spinach, roughly chopped |

- Crack egg into mixing bowl, add fresh milk, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and salt. Beat well using a whisk until it is slightly foamy. Keep aside.
- Melt butter in a pre-heated non-stick pan, stir-fry yellow onion.
- Then add tomato and spinach, stir-fry for 1 minute then turn heat to medium heat.
- Pour in beaten egg, stir until the egg is begins to set. Turn off the heat.
- Serve hot.
