1 stalk Celery sticks with leaves
1/2 Red capsicum
1/2 Red onion
1/2 cup Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 can / 85g Tuna in water, drained
2 ½ tbsp Frozen corn kernels
1/3 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
1 tbsp Low fat Dijon mayonnaise

 

Method
Method
  1. Finely dice celery, capsicum and red onion. Drain tuna and place into a mixing bowl. 
  2. Add in all the ingredients, season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and mayonnaise.
  3. Mix well. Serve in a tortilla wrap. Some parsley for garnishing (optional).

1/4 cup Cauliflower floret
1/4 cup Diced carrot
250 ml Chicken clear soup
1 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Chopped spring onion (optional)

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes
  2. Add cauliflower and carrot. 
  3. Pour chicken clear soup and season with TUMIX® Chicken Stock. 
  4. Let it boil.
