A different fried rice dish than others. Delicious turmeric fried chicken, full of spice with fried rice that is easy to prepare.

Ingredients: Turmeric Chicken

500 g Chicken meat, cut into cube
1 packet Seri-Aji® Multipurpose Seasoning 26g
100 g Long beans, cut into 3 cm
100 g Carrot, cut into 3 cm matchstick
1 Yellow onion, sliced
Enough Cooking oil

Ingredients:  Fried Rice

4 tbsp Cooking oil
1 Red onion, sliced
4 strings Spring onion, cut
1 Egg
550 g White rice
1 packet Seri-Aji® Chicken Flavour Fried Rice 26g

Method: Turmeric Chicken

  1. Mix well chicken meat with Seri-Aji® Multipurpose Seasoning 26g. Keep aside. 
  2. Heat up oil in a wok, fry chicken meat until cooked and crisp. Remove and drain the oil.
  3. In the same wok add long beans, carrots and yellow onions, fry until cooked. Remove and drain the oil. Mix with fried chicken meat.
  4. Ready to serve with fried rice.
     

Method: Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in a wok, fry red onion and spring onion until fragrant.
  2. Push all the ingredients aside in the wok, add the egg and fry until almost cooked.
  3. Add rice and Seri-Aji® Chicken Flavour Fried Rice 26g. Stir-fry until evenly distributed.
  4. Ready to serve with turmeric chicken.
