Turmeric Fried Fish

Ingredients:
| 5 pieces | Kembung Fish (cleaned and slashed) |
| 1 teaspoon | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
| Sufficient | Minyak |
Ingredients (Spice):
| 1 ½ teaspoon | Turmeric Powder |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |

- Sprinkle AJI-NO-MOTO® on the fish.
- Seasoned fish with ingredients (spice) for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Heat up oil and fry fish until golden brown.
- Serve with sambal belacan.

Slashing the fish will enhance the crispiness.
