2 tbsp | Oil |
300 g | Water spinach, discard hard part and cut into 2 inches’ lengths |
¼ cup | Water |
½ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning |
¼ tsp | Salt |
½ no | Red chili, cut slantwise |
Ingredients A: blend well
2 nos | Shallots |
2 cloves | Garlic |
1 no | Red chili |
2-3 nos | Bird’s eye chilies |
½ cm | Shrimp paste |
2 tbsp | Dried anchovies, soaked |
Method
- Heat oil, stir-fry ingredients (A) until fragrant.
- Add water spinach, water, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Stir well until water spinach is tender.
- Serve garnished with red chili.
