1 tbsp Barley, washed and pre-soaked
1 tsp Cooking oil
1/4 cup Chopped onion
1 tbsp Chopped garlic
1 inch Ginger,sliced
1/4 cup (65 g) Chicken breast
3 pcs Medium prawn
1/4 cup Carrot, diced
1/4 cup Broccoli
Some Yellow capsicum, diced
1 stalk Baby bok choy, cut small
1/2 pc Soft tofu
1 pc Dried shitake mushroom, pre-soaked and slice
1 tbsp Thick soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
1 tsp Sesame oil
4 small pcs Cherry tomato, halved

 

Method
Method
  1. Boil Yee Mee, then toss.
  2. Heat 1 cup of water, boil barley until cooked. Set aside.
  3. Sauté onion, garlic and ginger with cooking oil till the ingredients become fragrant.
  4. Add chicken meat and cook for a few minutes. 
  5. Add barley & water, prawn, carrot, broccoli, capsicum, baby bok choy, soft tofu, and mushroom. Cook till the vegetables become soft.
  6. Season with thick soy sauce, oyster sauce, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and sesame oil. Boil for a few minute.
  7. Off the fire and pour the sauce onto the Yee Mee. Garnish with cherry tomato. 
  8. Serve hot.
