Ingredients A: soup
| 2 tbsp | Cooking oil |
| 1 pc | Chicken carcass |
| 5 pcs | Shallot, minced |
| 3 pips | Garlic, minced |
| 1/2 inch | Ginger, minced |
| 2 pcs | Chicken breast, cut into cubed |
| 2 pcs | Fish cake, sliced |
| 2 pcs | Fish ball, sliced into 2 |
| 2 litres | Water |
| 1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
| 3 nos | Tomato, cut into wedges |
| 80 g | Carrot, cut into julienned |
| 80 g | Baby corn |
| 5 stalks | Choy sum |
| 1¾ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
| 3/4 tsp | Salt |
Ingredients B: accompaniment
| 300 g | Yellow noodles, blanched |
| Some | Fried shallot |
| Some | Sliced spring onion |
| 3 pcs | Bird eyes chilies, sliced |

- Boil the chicken carcass with 2 liters water, simmer for 30 minutes to get a 1.5 liter of plain chicken broth. Remove the chicken carcass and set the plain chicken broth aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the minced ingredients until fragrant.
- Add in chicken meat, fish cake and fish ball.
- Add in chicken broth and TUMIX®, let it boil.
- Add in all the vegetables and season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Place a portion of yellow noodle in a bowl, pour the soup over it and serve with the remaining accompaniments.

With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 20% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
