200 g | Chicken Meat, cut into small pieces |
15 pieces | Shrimp |
50 g | Carrot, cut into cube |
50 g | Long Bean, cut into small pieces |
2 | Eggs |
3 ½ cups / 550g | White rice |
1 packet | SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning 26g |

- Heat the cooking oil.
- Stir-fry chicken, shrimp, vegetables and eggs.
- Add rice and sprinkle 1 packet of SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning 26g.
- Stir-fry until even. Serve hot.
