|1 tbsp||Tamarind paste|
|300 ml||Hot water|
|¾ cup||Cooking oil|
|40 g||Dried chili, cut, remove seeds and boiled|
|150 g||Red onion|
|5 g||Shrimp paste|
- Heat a pan, sauté blended ingredients (A) until fragrant and oil rises on top.
- Pour in tamarind paste and hot water mixture.
- Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and sugar.
- Simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and ready to serve.
Tip: Using some oil during blending of ingredients can reduce oil from splattering during frying process.
