Seafood Tom Yam Soup

Ingredients A:
500 ml Water
2 pcs Lemongrass, smashed
4 – 5 pcs Kaffir lime leaves
2 pcs Cilantro roots
1 Onion, sliced
Ingredients B:
1½ tbsp SERI-AJI® Tom Yam Seasoning
5 pcs Large prawns
3 pcs Squids, cut
150 g Fish fillet, sliced
1 Tomato, sliced
5 - 8 Bird's eye chillies (optional)
Ingredients C:
3 tbsp Lime juice
Some Cilantro leaves
Method
  1. Combine ingredients(A) and allow to boil for 10 minutes. Discard lemongrass and cilantro roots.
  2. Add in ingredients(B). Simmer till seafood is cooked.
  3. Spoon in lime juice and garnish with cilantro leave
