Spicy Tomato and Jalapeno Salsa


500 g                                Red tomatoes, chopped
125 g                                Whole peeled tomatoes, blended
3 tbsp                              Canned jalapeños, chopped (substitute with bird’s eye chilies)
3 tbsp                              Red onions, chopped
60 g                                  Cilantro or parsley, chopped
2 tsp                                 SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning (mix with 1 tbsp hot water)
250 g                                Feta cheese, grated finely
3 tbsp                              Olive oil
2 tbsp                              Balsamic vinegar
1½ tsp                             Salt
1 tsp                                 AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
½ tsp                                AJI-NO-MOTO®
150 g                              Grated parmesan cheese

1. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, cilantro or parsley, SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning mixture and feta cheese, mix well.
2. Pour in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and AJI-NO-MOTO®, toss well.
3. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve with tacos.
