Steamed Dumpling

Chinese New Year Recipes!

(5-6 serving)

250 g Chicken meat
150 g Prawn meat
50 ml Water
1 pcs Chinese black mushroom, soak in water and cubed
½ sprig Chopped spring onion
½ tbsp Grated Ginger
1 tbsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
½ tbsp Sugar
½ tbsp Oyster sauce
¼ tsp Dark soy sauce
1 packet Japanese Gyoza pastry skin
  1. Blend the chicken meat and prawn meat with some water until it is sticky.
  2. Mix all the rest ingredients except pastry skin. Mix well.
  3. Scoop the filling onto pastry skin, wrap it to form a dumpling shape.
  4. Steam the dumpling for 25 minutes or until the filling cooked.
  5. Ready to serve.
