Advancing E-Invoicing Compliance and Digital Integration

To support our digital transformation and regulatory compliance efforts, we conducted three e-invoicing workshops in Q1 of FYE2025. The initiative was organised in collaboration with our tax consultant to strengthen internal understanding of technical specifications and compliance obligations. A gap analysis was also completed to identify areas for improvement in aligning our processes with e-invoicing standards.

Since August 2024, we have successfully submitted consolidated and individual self-billed e-invoices to the IRBM via a middleware provider during the relaxation period. On 1 February 2025, we implemented new e-invoice forms within our systems, applications and products in data processing ("SAP") system to enable direct submission through the IRM's API, maintaining full compatibility with its e-invoice scheme and SDK.

These efforts mark a key milestone in our digital journey, enhancing invoice efficiency, improving accuracy and emphasising our commitment to regulatory compliance and digital innovation.
