Recipe Description

Delicious and easy breakfast meals with delicious Yong Chow Fried Rice recipe when served hot.

Serving Suggestion: 4 – 5 pax

6 tbsp Cooking Oil
200 g Chicken Meat, cut into small pieces
15 pieces Shrimp
50 g Carrot, cut into cube
50 g Long Bean, cut into small pieces
2 Eggs
3 ½ cups / 550g White rice
1 packet SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning 26g
1. Heat the cooking oil.
2. Stir-fry chicken, shrimp, vegetables and eggs.
3. Add rice and sprinkle 1 packet of SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning 26g.
4. Stir-fry until even. Serve hot.
