As AMB comply with the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010 or also known as Act 709, we shall ensure appropriate treatment of your personal data in every possible way. How Do We Collect Your Personal Data
Personal data will be collected with your consent if you wish to participate in many of the features and services which usually take the form of:
Registration or sign-up (“general website/application registration/ social media networking”);

Message boards and other interactive activities;
Feedback, questions, or comments through our “Customer Service” form or others;
Information submitted in a business capacity (e.g., resumes, media requests, 1909 Infoseum visitation request, interview and etc.);

What Kind of Personal Data We Will Collect

This may include, for example, your name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, and others (“personally identifiable information”) as well as demographic information such as your date of birth, age, gender, habits or preferences, etc when such information is tied to your personally identifiable information (collectively, “personal information”).
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
AMB takes appropriate steps to ensure the safe management of your personal information to protect your personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, lost, modification and misuse. We strive to develop and improve the internal system designed to ensure appropriate treatment of personal information and to conduct ongoing personnel training programs for that purpose.
DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
AMB will not provide third parties with your personal data without your prior written consent except in cases where we delegate the handling of personal data to third parties as data processor, such as our vendors, suppliers, contractors, agents and any identifiable sources or means to the extent necessary for the purpose of use such as information processing, products/ prize delivery, customer data enhancing and managing, customer service & customer research. We with clear understanding of the fact that the outsourcing of personal data to the third parties above as data processor shall comply with the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT requirements.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND ACCESS
Generally, your personal data will be kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the services requested. AMB shall endeavour to make it easy for you to access and correct your personal data in order to ensure the data subject is accurate, complete and up to date.
