1 tsp Cooking oil
80 g Mutton, meat only
1 cup Water
1/3 tbsp Tomato puree
1 ½ tbsp Yogurt
1/2 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1 tsp Salt
Some Sliced carrots
Some Coriander leaves

 

Ingredients B: spices

1 stick Cinnamon
1 pc Cardamom
1 pc Cloves
3 pcs Dry bay leaves
3 pcs Black peppercorns

 

Ingredients C: blend well

1/2 pc Yellow onion
2 cloves Garlic
5 g Ginger
1/2 tbsp Garam masala
1/3 tbsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Some Water
Method
Method
  1. Heat cooking oil, saute ingredients (B) until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground ingredients (C), stir well.
  3. Add the mutton, water and tomato puree, mix well. Simmer for a while.
  4. Add yogurt and season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
  5. Simmer for 1 hours or until the lamb meat is soft. Add some water if needed.
  6. Garnish with sliced carrots and coriander leaves.
Stir Fried Long Beans

1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Chili paste
40 g Long beans, cut into 2 cm
20 g Sliced carrots
3/4 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
Some Sliced red chili
Some Sliced spring onion

  1. Heat the oil, saute red onion paste, garlic, and chili paste until fragrant.
  2. Add green beans and carrots, stir well.
  3. Add TUMIX® and some water if needed. Mix well.
  4. Garnish with red chili and spring onion.

1 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
60 g Cauliflower
20 g Celery stem, sliced
1/2 tsp Olive oil
Some Sliced carrots
Some Spring onion
Method
Method
  1. Boil all ingredients except olive oil, carrot and spring onion.
  2. Pour into a bowl, garnish with sliced carrots and spring onion.
  3. Sprinkle olive oil, ready to serve.
