Ingredients A
1 tsp | Cooking oil |
80 g | Mutton, meat only |
1 cup | Water |
1/3 tbsp | Tomato puree |
1 ½ tbsp | Yogurt |
1/2 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
1 tsp | Salt |
Some | Sliced carrots |
Some | Coriander leaves |
Ingredients B: spices
1 stick | Cinnamon |
1 pc | Cardamom |
1 pc | Cloves |
3 pcs | Dry bay leaves |
3 pcs | Black peppercorns |
Ingredients C: blend well
1/2 pc | Yellow onion |
2 cloves | Garlic |
5 g | Ginger |
1/2 tbsp | Garam masala |
1/3 tbsp | Chili powder |
1/2 tsp | Turmeric powder |
Some | Water |

- Heat cooking oil, saute ingredients (B) until fragrant.
- Add the ground ingredients (C), stir well.
- Add the mutton, water and tomato puree, mix well. Simmer for a while.
- Add yogurt and season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Simmer for 1 hours or until the lamb meat is soft. Add some water if needed.
- Garnish with sliced carrots and coriander leaves.
Stir Fried Long Beans

1/2 tsp | Cooking oil |
1 tsp | Red onion paste |
1 tsp | Garlic paste |
1 tsp | Chili paste |
40 g | Long beans, cut into 2 cm |
20 g | Sliced carrots |
3/4 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
Some | Sliced red chili |
Some | Sliced spring onion |

- Heat the oil, saute red onion paste, garlic, and chili paste until fragrant.
- Add green beans and carrots, stir well.
- Add TUMIX® and some water if needed. Mix well.
- Garnish with red chili and spring onion.
Cauliflower Clear Soup

250 ml | Water |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
60 g | Cauliflower |
20 g | Celery stem, sliced |
1/2 tsp | Olive oil |
Some | Sliced carrots |
Some | Spring onion |

- Boil all ingredients except olive oil, carrot and spring onion.
- Pour into a bowl, garnish with sliced carrots and spring onion.
- Sprinkle olive oil, ready to serve.
