1/2 tsp Curry powder
1/4 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp Cooking oil
1 tsp Minced shallot
1 tsp Minced garlic
30 g Red capsicum, cubed
30 g Green capcisum, cubed
Method
Method
  1. Marinate chicken with curry powder, coriander powder and half of TUMIX® Chicken Stock for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, saute shallot and garlic paste until fragrant.
  3. Add in marinated chicken and capsicums, stir fry until chicken is cooked.
  4. Season with remaining TUMIX® Chicken Stock.

80 g Cabbage, sliced
50 g Carrot, sliced thinly
60 g Soft tofu, cut small
1 stalk Spring onion, finely cut
1 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock

  1. Bring all ingredients to boil.
  2. Simmer for a while, serve hot.
