Ingredients
90 g | Chicken meat, cubed |
1/2 tsp | Curry powder |
1/4 tsp | Coriander powder |
1/2 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
1/2 tsp | Cooking oil |
1 tsp | Minced shallot |
1 tsp | Minced garlic |
30 g | Red capsicum, cubed |
30 g | Green capcisum, cubed |
Method
- Marinate chicken with curry powder, coriander powder and half of TUMIX® Chicken Stock for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil, saute shallot and garlic paste until fragrant.
- Add in marinated chicken and capsicums, stir fry until chicken is cooked.
- Season with remaining TUMIX® Chicken Stock.
Cabbage and Tofu Soup
Ingredients
250 ml | Water |
80 g | Cabbage, sliced |
50 g | Carrot, sliced thinly |
60 g | Soft tofu, cut small |
1 stalk | Spring onion, finely cut |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
Method
- Bring all ingredients to boil.
- Simmer for a while, serve hot.
