Recipe Description
Easy recipe to cook a very tasty and soft Coconut Pancakes. It's delicious to eat just like that or with Sambal Tumis
Ingredients
1 packet | Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g |
150 ml | Water |
2 cup | Grated fresh coconut |
½ tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Sugar |
3 tbsp | Cooking oil |
Method
- Mix Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g with 150 ml water.
- Add coconut, salt and sugar in the batter. Mix well.
- Lightly coat a heated pan with oil, then pour ½ cup batter.
- Cook until both sides of the pancakes are brown and slightly crispy.
- Repeat until the batter is finished.
