Recipe Description

Easy recipe to cook a very tasty and soft Coconut Pancakes. It's delicious to eat just like that or with Sambal Tumis

1 packet Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g
150 ml Water
2 cup Grated fresh coconut
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
3 tbsp Cooking oil
  1. Mix Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour 150g with 150 ml water.
  2. Add coconut, salt and sugar in the batter. Mix well.
  3. Lightly coat a heated pan with oil, then pour ½ cup batter.
  4. Cook until both sides of the pancakes are brown and slightly crispy.
  5. Repeat until the batter is finished.
