Serving Suggestion: 4 – 5 pax
|90 g / 1 box||SERI-AJI® Spicy Seasoned Flour|
|25 ml / 4 tbsp||Cold Water|
|1 kg||Chicken, cut into 8 pieces|
|Enough||Oil, for deep frying|
1. Mix 1 tbsp (15g) of SERI-AJI® Spicy Seasoned Flour with cold water. Mix well.
2. Coat chicken evenly with batter.
3. Then coat the chicken with the balance SERI-AJI® Spicy Seasoned Flour.
4. Heat oil and deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
