Frittata Muffin
Ingredients
Some | Margarine |
100 g | Mixed vegetables |
50 g | Mushrooms, sliced |
100 g | Chicken ham, cut into cubes |
100 g | Shredded cheese |
Ingredients A:
2 | Eggs, lightly beaten |
60 ml | Milk |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
½ tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
Method
- Lightly grease the patty tin with margarine.
- Place mixed vegetables, sliced mushroom and chicken ham.
- Mix (A) together. Pour to the patty tin. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Preheat oven 180’C. Bake for 15 minutes or firm and cooked.
- Serve with chilli or tomato sauce together with salad.
*This is suitable for Brunch or packed food for school
