Korean Style Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients
250 g | Plain flour |
50 g | Corn flour |
300 g | Pumpkin, shredded |
30 g | Vegetarian ham, sliced thinly |
1 | Red chili |
1 | Green chili |
1 tbsp | Sesame oil |
250 ml | Water |
Ingredients A: seasoning
1½ tsp | Salt |
½ tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
Method
- In the bowl, sift plain flour and corn flour, add in seasoning (A). Mix well.
- Add in the rest of ingredients, mix well.
- Add 2 tbsp of water if batter is a bit dry.
- Heat up 1 tsp of oil in the pan, add in batter. Let it cook until two sides become golden brown. Ready to serve.
