Mamak Style Fried Chicken

Serving suggestion: 4-6 pax

6 pieces Chicken cutlets
2 sprigs Curry leaves
Enough Cooking oil
Ingredient A:
90 g SERI-AJI® Spicy Seasoned Flour
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ cup Water
  1. Combine all ingredient (A), mix thoroughly.
  2. Flatten the mixture on the chicken.
  3. Add in curry leaves and mix well.
  4. Heat up the oil, deep fry the chicken with medium heat until cook.

Tips: The indicator of the meat is cooked is when the sizzling has reduced.
