Mamak Style Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
6 pieces | Chicken cutlets |
2 sprigs | Curry leaves |
Enough | Cooking oil |
Ingredient A:
90 g | SERI-AJI® Spicy Seasoned Flour |
½ tsp | Turmeric powder |
½ cup | Water |

1.
Combine all ingredient (A), mix thoroughly.
2.
Flatten the mixture on the chicken.
3.
Add in curry leaves and mix well.
4.
Heat up the oil, deep fry the chicken with medium heat until cook.
5.
Tips: The indicator of the meat is cooked is when the sizzling has reduced.
