600 g Beef meat
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Fennel powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
8 pcs Bird eyes chili, sliced
2 pcs Calamansi
1 pc Onion, diced
1 pc Tomato, diced

Ingredients B: tamarind water

6 g Shrimp paste, baked
1 ½ tbsp Coconut paste
90 g Tamarind paste, seedless
2 ½ tsp Sugar
1 ½ cup Water
1/2 tbsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1/4 tbsp Salt
Method
Method
  1. Dry rub the beef meat with coriander, cumin and fennel powder.
  2. Roast it in an oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Let it cool aside before cutting it into thick slices.
  3. In a blender, blend all ingredients (B), transfer to a bowl and mix with the bird eyes chili, calamansi juice, onion and tomato.
  4. Serve it together with sliced roasted beef.
