|1.5 kg||Chicken breast, coarsely chopped|
|2 tsp||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper|
|12 stalks||Lemongrass stick|
|Sufficient||Sweet chilli sauce|
Ingredients A: finely blend
|½ pc||Red chilli|
- Mix chicken thoroughly with blended ingredients (A) and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper.
- With wet hands, wrap the chicken mixture around each lemongrass stick. Set aside in refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a grill pan. Grill the satay for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Ready to serve with side of sweet chilli sauce.
Tip: The purpose of using wet hands is to ease the process of wrapping chicken mixture around lemongrass sticks.
