Satay on Lemongrass Stick

1.5 kg | Chicken breast, coarsely chopped |
2 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
Some | Cooking oil |
12 stalks | Lemongrass stick |
Sufficient | Sweet chilli sauce |
Ingredients A: finely blend
1 inch | Ginger |
2 stalks | Lemongrass |
1 pc | Onion |
½ pc | Red chilli |
3 cloves | Garlic |
1 tsp | Sugar |
2 tsp | Salt |

- Mix chicken thoroughly with blended ingredients (A) and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper.
- With wet hands, wrap the chicken mixture around each lemongrass stick. Set aside in refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a grill pan. Grill the satay for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Ready to serve with side of sweet chilli sauce.

The purpose of using wet hands is to ease the process of wrapping chicken mixture around lemongrass sticks.
