Seafood Tom Yam Soup

Ingredients A:
500 ml | Water |
2 pcs | Lemongrass, smashed |
4 – 5 pcs | Kaffir lime leaves |
2 pcs | Cilantro roots |
1 | Onion, sliced |
Ingredients B:
1½ tbsp | SERI-AJI® Tom Yam Seasoning |
5 pcs | Large prawns |
3 pcs | Squids, cut |
150 g | Fish fillet, sliced |
1 | Tomato, sliced |
5 - 8 | Bird's eye chillies (optional) |
Ingredients C:
3 tbsp | Lime juice |
Some | Cilantro leaves |

1.
Combine ingredients(A) and allow to boil for 10 minutes. Discard lemongrass and cilantro roots.
2.
Add in ingredients(B). Simmer till seafood is cooked.
3.
Spoon in lime juice and garnish with cilantro leave
