Seafood Tom Yam Soup

Ingredients A:
500 ml | Water |
2 pcs | Lemongrass, smashed |
4 – 5 pcs | Kaffir lime leaves |
2 pcs | Cilantro roots |
1 | Onion, sliced |
Ingredients B:
1½ tbsp | SERI-AJI® Tom Yam Seasoning |
5 pcs | Large prawns |
3 pcs | Squids, cut |
150 g | Fish fillet, sliced |
1 | Tomato, sliced |
5 - 8 | Bird's eye chillies (optional) |
Ingredients C:
3 tbsp | Lime juice |
Some | Cilantro leaves |

- Combine ingredients(A) and allow to boil for 10 minutes. Discard lemongrass and cilantro roots.
- Add in ingredients(B). Simmer till seafood is cooked.
- Spoon in lime juice and garnish with cilantro leave
