4 tbsp Cooking oil
1 pc                   Hard tofu, cut small
1/3 pc                    Carrot, cut into julienned
1/4 cup                 Water
15 pcs  Ladies finger, cut diagonally
1 no                      Egg
1 ½ tsp  AJI-NO-MOTO®
3/4 tsp  Salt

Ingredients A: thinly sliced

2 pcs                    Shallot
5 cloves  Garlic
2 pcs                  Red chili

Method
  1. Heat cooking oil, fry hard tofu until crisp, toss and set aside.
  2. Stir-fry ingredients (A) until fragrant with the same cooking oil.
  3. Add carrot and water, stir well.
  4. Add ladies finger and egg, mix well.
  5. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt
  6. Ready to serve with fried tofu.
