|250g (2½ cups)||White Rice|
|100g||Prawns and Squid|
|2 pieces||Kaffir Lime Leaves (shredded)|
|1 tbsp (12g)||SERI-AJI® Tom Yam Seasoning|
|2||Red Chilies (for garnishing)|
- Heat the oil. Stir-fry the prawns and squid until they are cooked.
- Add in the rice and sprinkle SERI-AJI® Tom Yam Seasoning.
- Add in kaffir lime leaves and stir-fry evenly.
- Serve it while it is hot.
