Tom Yam Fried Rice
Ingredients
250g (2½ cups) | White Rice |
100g | Prawns and Squid |
2 pieces | Kaffir Lime Leaves (shredded) |
3 tbsp | Oil |
1 tbsp (12g) | SERI-AJI® Tom Yam Seasoning |
2 | Red Chilies (for garnishing) |
Method
- Heat the oil. Stir-fry the prawns and squid until they are cooked.
- Add in the rice and sprinkle SERI-AJI® Tom Yam Seasoning.
- Add in kaffir lime leaves and stir-fry evenly.
- Serve it while it is hot.
