Tom Yam Fried Rice

250g (2½ cups) White Rice
100g Prawns and Squid
2 pieces Kaffir Lime Leaves (shredded)
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp (12g) SERI-AJI® Tom Yam Seasoning
2 Red Chilies (for garnishing)
  1. Heat the oil. Stir-fry the prawns and squid until they are cooked.
  2. Add in the rice and sprinkle SERI-AJI® Tom Yam Seasoning.
  3. Add in kaffir lime leaves and stir-fry evenly.
  4. Serve it while it is hot.
