Turmeric Prawns

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
300 g Pranws
1 Sliced Yellow onion
70g Long bean
50 ml Water
1 sachet SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning
Method
  1. Pre-mixed prawns with 1 sachet of SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning.
  2. Heat oil and sauté onions until fragrant.
  3. Add long beans and prawns. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add water. Stir-fry until long beans fully cooked. Serve hot.

Tip: Also suitable with using other seafood like squids.
