1 tbsp | Cooking oil |
60 g | Flat rice noodles |
1½ tbsp | Sweet soy sauce |
4 pips | Garlic, minced |
2 inches | Ginger, julienned |
35 g | Prawn, cleaned |
35 g | Squid, cut into ring |
35 g | Chicken meat, cut into small pieces |
1 pc | Fish cake, sliced |
2 cup | Water |
1 pc | Young corn, sliced |
15 g | Cauliflower, floret |
15 g | Carrot, julienned |
15 g | Choy sum, trimmed |
2 nos | Cherry tomatoes |
1 tbsp | Oyster sauce |
1½ tbsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning |
2 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
1 no | Egg, beaten |
1 tbsp | Corn flour, mix with some water |
Some | Spring onion, sliced |
5 g | Fried onion |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
Method
Method:
- Heat the cooking, fry flat rice noodles with soy sauce until well coated. Set it aside.
- Heat the cooking oil, sauté garlic and ginger until the aromatic fragrance rises.
- Add in the prawn, squid, chicken and fish cake, brown it well.
- Add in the water, oyster sauce and all the vegetables. Season it with TUMIX® and AJI-SHIO®.
- Let it boil, pour in the eggs while stirring consistently before thickens the sauce with the corn flour mixture.
- To assemble, lay the flat noodles in a bowl, pour in the sauce on top and sprinkle some spring onion, fried onion and sesame oil to complete the look. Ready to serve.

1/2 tsp | Agar-agar powder |
1 tbsp | Orange flavour cordial |
2 sachet | Pal Sweet® Sweetener |
125 ml | Low-fat milk |
Method
Method:
- Stir water and agar-agar powder on medium heat.
- When it boils and the agar-agar powder dissolves, turn off the heat.
- Add orange flavour cordial and Pal Sweet®.
- Pour into mould and let it set.
- Chill and ready to serve with low-fat milk.
