Stuffed minced meat /prawns together with century eggs in wantan pastry. Boiled in TUMIX ikan bilis flavoured soup to enhance the umami taste and suitable to served with vegetables.
|150 g||Minced prawns|
|100 g||Minced chicken|
|100 g||Fish paste|
|2 pcs||Century eggs, cut into small pieces|
|1 tsp||Spring onion finely cut|
|1 tsp||Coriander leaves|
|1 sachet||TUMIX® Anchovy Stock Seasoning|
|A few dashes||AJI-NO-MOTO®|
|½ tsp||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper|
|1 tbsp||Potato starch|
|1 tsp||Sesame oil|
|15 – 20 pcs||Dumpling wrappers|
|Some||Mustard green, (sawi)|
|2 sachets||TUMIX® Anchovy Stock Seasoning|
- Mix filling together with the seasoning until elastic. Wrap l tbsp. of filling with the dumpling wrapper.
- Bring the soup to boil. Add in the prepared dumplings and allow to boil. Lower in the mustard green.
- Serve hot.
