Century Dumpling

Filling:
150 g Minced prawns
100 g Minced chicken
100 g Fish paste
2 pcs Century eggs, cut into small pieces
1 tsp Spring onion finely cut
1 tsp Coriander leaves
Seasoning:
1 sachet TUMIX® Anchovy Stock Seasoning
A few dashes AJI-NO-MOTO®
½ tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
1 tbsp Potato starch
1 tsp Sesame oil
Preparation:
15 – 20 pcs Dumpling wrappers
Some Mustard green, (sawi)
For the soup:
2 sachets TUMIX® Anchovy Stock Seasoning
2 liters water
Method
  1. Mix filling together with the seasoning until elastic. Wrap l tbsp. of filling with the dumpling wrapper.
  2. Bring the soup to boil. Add in the prepared dumplings and allow to boil. Lower in the mustard green.
  3. Serve hot.
