80 g Chicken meat
1 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Yoghurt
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
3/4 tsp Masala salt
1/4 tsp Coriander powder

Ingredients B: 

1/2 tsp Palm oil
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Chopped onion
1 small stalk Curry leaves
2 tbsp Water
Method
Method
  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients (A) for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, saute garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.
  3. Add in onions, curry leaves and water.
  4. Add in marinated chicken, stir well until it is cooked.
Cucumber Raita

2 tbsp Low fat yoghurt
100 g Diced cucumber
1 tbsp Chopped cilantro

  1. Mix all ingredients and serve cold.

1/2 tsp             Ginger paste
2 tbsp              Chopped onion

200 ml             Water
