Ingredients
Ingredients A: marinate
80 g | Chicken meat |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
1 tbsp | Yoghurt |
1/4 tsp | Turmeric powder |
1/4 tsp | Cumin powder |
3/4 tsp | Masala salt |
1/4 tsp | Coriander powder |
Ingredients B:
1/2 tsp | Palm oil |
1 tsp | Garlic paste |
1 tsp | Ginger paste |
1 tbsp | Chopped onion |
1 small stalk | Curry leaves |
2 tbsp | Water |
Method
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients (A) for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil, saute garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.
- Add in onions, curry leaves and water.
- Add in marinated chicken, stir well until it is cooked.
Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
2 tbsp | Low fat yoghurt |
100 g | Diced cucumber |
1 tbsp | Chopped cilantro |
Method
- Mix all ingredients and serve cold.
Light Tomato Soup
Ingredients
1/2 tsp | Palm oil |
1/2 tsp | Garlic paste |
1/2 tsp | Ginger paste |
2 tbsp | Chopped onion |
1 | Chopped tomato |
200 ml | Water |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
1 tbsp | Chopped cilantro |
Method
- Heat oil, saute garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.
- Add in onions and tomato.
- Pour water and season with TUMIX®.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. Add in cilantro and serve hot.
Mango Lassi
Ingredients
130 g | Sliced mango |
50 ml | Low fat milk |
50 ml | Low fat yoghurt |
Some | Ice |
1 sachet | Pal Sweet® Sweetener |
Method
- Blend all ingredients and serve cold.
