Recipe Description

Chocolate Oat Bar

Serving Suggestion

Serving size: 4-6 person

1 cup Cocoa butter
2 tbsp Butter
6 tbsp Cocoa powder
20 sachets Pal-Sweet® Sweetener
2 tbsp Fresh milk
2 cups Instant oat
2 cups Oat cereal, toasted
¾ cup Almond flakes, toasted and crushed
1. Melt cocoa butter and butter. Turn off the fire.
2. Put in cocoa powder and Pal-Sweet® Sweetener. Mix well.
3. Stir in milk till smooth.
4. Add in instant oat, oat cereal and almond, mix thoroughly.
5. Compress and flatten the mixture into a baking tray and cool it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
6. Cut into 3cm × 3cm square piece.
7. Ready to serve.
