Recipe Description

Fried Chicken is a popular dish loved by almost everybody. It is easy to prepare. With just simple ingredients for marinades, the taste fulfils every taste bud.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

500 g Chicken drumstick and thigh
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 Egg
1/4 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
3/4 tsp Salt
Enough Cooking oil (deep-fry purpose)

Ingredient A:

1 thumbsize Ginger
3 - 4 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Water (if required)
Method
  1. Marinade chicken for 30 minutes with all ingredients except cooking oil.
  2. Heat the oil, deep-fry the chicken until golden brown colour and cooked.
  3. Serve hot with rice.
Tips
