Green Tea Pancake with Apple Delight

Ingredients:
160 g Superfine flour, sifted
1 tbsp Potato starch
70g Castor sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
¾ tsp Double-action baking powder
¼ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1 tbsp Green tea powder
1¾ tbsp Warm water
3 Small eggs
80 g Plain yoghurt
95 g Cold milk
50 g Melted butter
A little Oil for greasing the frying pan
Ingredients A: apple delight
2 Apples
A dash of Salt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
5 sachets Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener
Method

1. Peel and dice apples, then place into a nonstick pan. Sprinkle in salt and add lemon juice.

2. Cook over medium heat until apples turn soft and dry in consistency. Turn off the heat and add Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener. Stir to mix. Put aside to cool before serving.
