Ingredient A: marinade
| 500 g | Chicken meat, cut into strip |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tbsp | Sweet soy sauce |
| 1 no | Egg |
| 1 tbsp | Corn flour |
| Enough | Cooking oil |
Ingredient B: coating
| 1/2 cup | Wheat flour |
| 1/2 cup | Corn flour |
Ingredient C: sauce
| 2 pips | Garlic, minced |
| 2 inch | Ginger, julienned |
| 3 tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | Lemon zest |
| 1 cup | Water (add more if necessary) |
| 1 tbsp | Sugar |
| 1 tbsp | Honey |
| 1 tbsp | Vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | Corn flour, mix with 2 tbsp of water |
| 1¾ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
| 3/4 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Toasted sesame seed |
| 1 stalk | Spring onion, garnishing |

- Marinate the chicken for a while with ingredients (A) except oil.
- Mix ingredients (B) in a bowl, coat the marinated chicken and fry it until crispy and golden. Set aside.
- For the sauce, heat some oil, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, water, sugar, honey, vinegar and corn flour mixture. Let it boil and thicken. Season it with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Pour the sauce on top of the chicken and garnish it with sesame seed and spring onion. Ready to served.

With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 15% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
