Orange Coconut Jelly
Ingredients
4 | Orange, cut into half |
10 g | Agar-agar powder |
800 ml | Coconut water |
1 cup | Young coconut flesh, minced |
150 ml | Orange juice |
Some | Orange food colouring |
6 sachets | Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener |
Method
- Peel the cut orange and keep the fruit in a container. Slowly separate the peeled fruit.
- Combine coconut water and agar-agar powder. Stir slowly on low heat until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Pour in orange juice and food colouring. Let the mixture cool a bit before putting in coconut and orange flesh. Mix in Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener, stir until dissolved.
- Carefully pour the mixture into a container and chill in fridge.
