Orange Coconut Jelly

4 Orange, cut into half
10 g Agar-agar powder
800 ml Coconut water
1 cup Young coconut flesh, minced
150 ml Orange juice
Some Orange food colouring
6 sachets Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener
Method
Method
  1. Peel the cut orange and keep the fruit in a container. Slowly separate the peeled fruit.
  2. Combine coconut water and agar-agar powder. Stir slowly on low heat until the powder is fully dissolved.
  3. Pour in orange juice and food colouring. Let the mixture cool a bit before putting in coconut and orange flesh. Mix in Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener, stir until dissolved.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into a container and chill in fridge.
