Orange Coconut Jelly
Product Used for the Recipe
|4||Orange, cut into half|
|10 g||Agar-agar powder|
|800 ml||Coconut water|
|1 cup||Young coconut flesh, minced|
|150 ml||Orange juice|
|Some||Orange food colouring|
|6 sachets||Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener|
1. Combine coconut water and agar-agar powder. Stir slowly on low heat until the powder is fully dissolved.
2. Pour in orange juice and food colouring. Let the mixture cool a bit before putting in coconut and orange flesh. Mix in Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener, stir until dissolved.
3. Carefully pour the mixture into a container and chill in fridge.
