Recipe Description

Stir-fried bean sprout is one of the favourite home-cooked vegetable dishes because it is delicious, economical and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Cooking oil
1/2 no Onion, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
3 tbsp Anchovy, pounded lightly
300 g Bean sprout
40 g Chives
1/2 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Water (optional)
Method
  1. Heat the oil, sauté onion, garlic and anchovy until golden brown. Retrieve half of them, and put aside to be used.
  2. Put bean sprout and chives into the wok, stir well. 
  3. Add in AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and water.
  4. Then add in the other half of sautéed ingredient, stir-fry well.
  5. Serve hot.
     
Tips

With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 13% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish
