Ingredients:
500 g | Beef |
Enough | Water |
Some | Red dye |
3 pips | Garlic, coarsely chopped |
1 tbsp | Ground chili |
3 tbsp | Chili sauce |
3 tbsp | Tomato sauce |
1 tbsp | Oyster sauce |
1/2 pc | Carrot, thinly sliced |
3 pcs | Bird's eyes Chili, cut in half |
3-4 pcs | Kaffir lime leaves |
1 pc | Tomato, cut into six |
1/2 pc | Holland onion, sliced round |
Enough | Cooking oil |
1 ¾ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
3/4 tsp | Salt |

- Boil the meat in a pot with water and a little red dye until the meat is soft.
- Once soft, cool and thinly slice the meat. Save the beef broth.
- Heat the oil, fry the meat slices until slightly crisp, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, ground chili, chili sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, carrots, chili, kaffir lime leaves and 1/2 cup meat broth, cook until the sauce become thicken.
- Add the fried meat, tomato and sliced onion. Stir and ready to be served.
