2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 pcs Holland onion, thinly sliced
1 cm Ginger, thinly sliced
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
180 g Tau Miu
50 g Carrot, cut into fine julienned
8 pcs Cherry tomato, cut into 2
1/2  cup Water
1 1/8 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1/2 tsp Salt
50 g Fried onion

Method
  1. Heat oil, sauté onion, ginger and garlic. Stir until fragrant.
  2. Add in the tau miu, carrot, cherry tomato and water.
  3. Stir fry until the vegetables soften and season to taste.
  4. Ready to serve with fried onion.
