Ingredients A:
2 tbsp | Cooking oil |
1 pc | Lemongrass, bruised |
6 pcs | Chicken, cut into small pieces |
1 cup | Water (add more if necessary) |
1 1/3 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
Ingredients B: blend
2 inches | Ginger |
10 pcs | Bird eyes chili |
5 pips | Garlic |
10 nos | Shallot |
1 inch | Turmeric |
1 tsp | Coriander seed |
1 tsp | Fennel seed |
1 tsp | Cumin seed |

- Heat the oil, saute the lemongrass until fragrant.
- Add in the blended ingredients, stir fry it until the when oil separates.
- Add in the chicken and water, mix well until the gravy reduced and the chicken is cooked. Add water if necessary.
- Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Ready to serve.
